I saw this on a recent lender pull for experian, is there something similar to this on the other two??

Can you clarify what exactly you are looking for ?   You can pull your credit reports directly from any of the three CRAs, equifax, transunion, or experian....

I guess when your denied credit you can look over your report by going to experian.com/reportaccess and look over report for free

Yes, when you are denied credit based on the information in your TU, EQ, or EX report then you are entitled to a free credit report from the CRA that was used by the creditor.     They will tell you in their adverse action letter which CRA they used, and you can pull your report from that CRA at no cost.
