well, today i got served papers for mediation for TMJ specialist relating to an auto accident. the thing is is that this doctor and attorney has an LLP with me eventhough my attorney has changed because my case is well into 7 figures and i needed great respresentation. i know that he will take an LLP again, especially since suit has already been filed, but i need his negative mark on EX off my report. i emailed my attorney tonight to ask for a PFD type thing and to go ahead and have it deleted. but, if he doesn't do that is there any other way to take care of it myself? i don't know if this falls under HIPAA laws or if i need to go a different route. i'm ok with it staying on there even until my case settles because Amex does not look at EX, so my lines of credit will still be ok. but, my lease on my car is up in Feb. and it needs to be gone by then. thanks in advance.
