theyre online system at times will literally not load my data it sometimes shows yesterdays info and i know because they tell me when i login! never had that before... they will deduct autopay amounts without any recollection of activity during the period like EVERY other bank does... i paid off a balance in full weeks ago and had autopay minimum actually deduct $40 and put me in a credit balance... serious?? almost feel like im messing around with creditone and i should reas every statement word for word or something with this bank
@elixerin So is it a banking issue? Or others were approved over you for cards? A ton of us had to start with those $1000 CL's from wherever narnia is. Doesnt make us any lower in the food chain than the people that get $10,000 SL's. Were equals here discussing credit/banking. No one is better than the next one. The person makes the person. Not scores, or SL's, nor CL's.
If your unhappy. Change banks. Simple. KISS Method.
food chain? what? my man im just simply annoyed of a big bank to maneuver this way.. im pretty sure everyone can agree that once they've established credit for a good amount of time with a decent amount of banks, they can expect to be met at least halfway from other lenders looking in... I just shared how big Individual Utilization has a play on your FICO score so thats kind of the biggest reason along with not being able to be adequately used alongside your spend.. kiss now is a great idea given how the actual bank is working for me as ive detailed. thanks.
I understood your post or rant. Before you posted your concerns. Throwing in the dig on people such as Rebuilders/First Timers that get approved for low SL's should not be labeled in a catagory because of lower scores, past history, or a place called narnia. On the banks side its just business. Everyone will agree we all had to start somewhere. Some here have $500,000+ in total CL's. Are they in a higher level position in life than you, me or anyone else? No. We're equals.
Relationships doesnt work with many banks. Its been said here many times. People are denied with higher scores than those with lower scores on some products. I have a Savor when my score was just around 710. People with 800+ scores are denied many times. As I said. If your unhappy. Switch banks. So easy to do. Less stress thats creates havoc on your health. Look above. I removed your narnia comment. Now you have a concered post on the problems your having. Changes the whole outlook of your opening post. See what I mean?
Hope the rest works out or you find a new home for your banking needs. Good Luck!

I doubt every one would agree and I sure don't! As the economy moves around so go the bank/financials and what they may consider the profile they seek. Meeting us half way? Dream land. There is a rule: "the man who has the Gold rules" so, you want their products you follow their rules! Will add some of the banks change their terms and conditions often enough we don't even know (US Bank is one).
Unlike many of the newer posters, my experiences relate back to the early 1970s when things were more slow to change and banks actually favored relationships. Today, as you already know it is a lot different world.
Agree US Bank has a challenging website ... will add that Citi Bank's is worse ... unreal in fact. Just moved my business elsewhere as I cannot even guarantee when I can get in to pay a bill ... the Citi website keeps logging me out (I give up).
Plenty of fish in the sea and many really good Credit Unions. Find a new one.
