Alternate Tradeline???

Ok, I think we will have to use these. Since hubby is going to be only one on loan can someone tell me will car insurance count as one? We have had them for 4 years, never late. Also city water utility? Then Our landlord. That makes 3. Now on the landlord I have a question....we have been like a few days to a week or so late...only once were we 30 days and that was almost a year ago. Is that ok? The rest of our bills are in my name and I won't be on loan since my scores are too low...well my one score...the other 2 say I have no score...

Yup car insurance can count, water is fine too, and so is rent - so you'd have the 3.  The verification of rent form only asks if you've ever been 30 days late, and it sounds like in your situation the answer would be no, however there is also a section for comments and if the landlord indicates payments being late (but less than 30 days late) then the underwriter may have an issue, there is no requirement for comments to be put in though.
