After being laid off from Sears on June 18, 2017 after 25 years of employment, it was difficult to find employment and I fell behind in my financial obligations. I had no other choice but to file bankruptcy. I am now employed.
I was in an auto crash on June 18, 2017 and was unable to return to work due to serious injuries. So in addition to losing my job, I also lost my medical insurance. I was forced to file for bankruptcy because I could no longer fulfill my financial obligations.
Something like this should suffice. If the lender needs additional info, he/she will ask for it.
