CORNERSTONE/CRESTMARK MORTGAGE

It seems that a lot of home buyers from the forum have  used Cornerstone/Crestmark Mortgage for new construction homes in the Houston area.  Some were required to provide three years of tax returns instead of just two years.  If any of you used Cornerstone/Crestmark, were you required to provide three or two years of tax returns?

Just build with a Cornerstone loan in San Antonio.  I had to provide 3 years of tax returns. My newly filed 2012 as well as 2011 and 2010.  By the time we closed they were only interested in making sure that they had the 2011 and 2012 returns. Started the process in early April of 2013

i see no reason to provice 3yrs tax returns..... unless there is some income issues on a self employed or commission based income borrower
