Re: December 2020 Closers

We are so stressed out, I am ready just to throw in the towel. We were told on Nov 30th that the leander needed to have something fixed on the apprisal and my income (because I work for one compnay but we switch back and fourth between 2 EINs long story but I am salary not a big deal). We got all the documents in that day. The lender said that would be the last thing they needed. Over the weekend on Saturday we were told that we would have our CD and C2C by Wed. When we called yesterday they stated that it would have to look it over again which could take another 10 business days! Today is day 82 from the start and 21 days past our origanl closing date! I am losing my mind!

Re: December 2020 Closers

This process has been soooo stressful and caused us so much anxiety as well... original closing date is 12/07 now 01/04. Our lease is up by end of month.  Smiley Sad

@Anonymous Awesome!! Glad to hear you had some progress too!  I'm waiting on my disclosures but saw that my rate is now locked at 2.50% than the 2.625% that was sent to underwriting. Guess there was a dip last week when my file was being reviewed in underwriting. I only have two conditions which is to upload my last pay stub before closing and then still waiting on appraisal. It's new construction so I'm hoping it's no issues. Close date is still set for 12/18 and house is almost finished. Wood floors and carpet went in this past week so some minor stuff to be done before my walkthrough next Thursday. Fingers crossed for us both. I'll start packing the week of the 14th. I'm too nervous to start now lol.

That's awesome! I am still waiting on the conditions. Our home is completed and waiting for us. We are about 1/3 packed already! Tent close is 12/17 but I see the date on insurance as tent 12/11!

Conditions received.....only verification of inquiries which were only for mortgage.  Am told closing disclosures should be out by Friday!!! It is happening folks!  Stay the course!  And I was stressed not knowing what conditions would be presented.

Well didn't receive CD's as expected yesterday. There goes my 12/11 closing date out the window. This is trying every bit of patience I have. How do I schedule movers like this? And living in Southern California during a pandemic where everything is shutting down makes it 10X's worse. Okay that was my vent for today. Here's to better news Monday!

Re: December 2020 Closers

Congrats to those closing!!!

For those using the VA loans; how much $$$ total out of pocket for inspections, appraisal fee, pest inspection, etc...????

If you have it broken down by item that would be great too.

Thanks!!!
