Signed disclosures today and received my GFE! 3.5% rate it looks like but we didn't lock it in.

LO said UW takes at max 4 days, so the disclosures and docs were given to the processor today, paid for the appraisal today which will be done next week, inspection tomorrow, UW by Tues and response by Fri. LO said UW is usually a 24 hour turn around...

My nerves are getting to me now!

Congrats on the refinance!!

I had to postpone the inspection today. :-(. The house was a rental and the gas isn't on yet... Kind of ticked about it since my realtor wouldn't have told me if I didn't ask. I would've had to pay for a reinspection! Jerk!

Lol... at least your renters are out. When I bought my duplex in 2008 I had to choose who to evict! I had to evict a single mom with 3 kids. I felt bad but I chose her because even though she had a job and a live in boyfriend she had a history of being late with the rent. And she took the stove when she left... (she wasn't supposed to do that)

At least you don't have to evict anyone!
