I'm going nuts! i got an email from my LO requesting my BK docs (discharged in 2009) and attachments, signed letter from myself acknowledging the fraud alert on my credit report, bank statement where the earnest money came from and an explanation where the $800 and $1,131.66 deposit came from. I panicked because i forgot where i placed my bk docs but luckily i had it saved at work (whew!). all other stuff have been uploaded to the LO. Hopefully this is it.
Its never over until its over. I only had two conditions when they first came back with the conditional approval, then clearing those conditions opened a couple more.
MiaM, it never ends! I had to update like 4 things today!
finallypayingattention fingers crossed everything just moves forward with the letter they sent. its terrible they have just toyed around with you this whole time.

Fingers crossed!!!
Just got this from my loan processor. How do I know what "We should be OK" means? "No more" is her response to my question if they'd gotten any additional faxes from CapOne.
No more but I have pulled the soft credit and the paperwork has been given to the underwriter. We should be OK. I will let you know as soon as I know.
ITS DONE!!!!
Mike,
Just received another letter and this time they mentioned possible fraud but in the meantime the underwriter has signed off and you are good to go.
Enjoy your new house and thanks for all your hard work.
Thanks, Karen
