FHA ANNOUNCES PRICE CUTS TO ENCOURAGE STREAMLINE REFINANCING

Hoping to take advantage of the new FHA refinancing that starts today.

Can anyone offer any advice? Has anyone contacted anyone from the various lenders who have bombarded us with refinance notifications - particularly in California?
