Can anyone advise me where I could see the current rates for a 30 year fixed fha. I don't need up to the minute, but somewhere that has the closing rate? I'm in a float down period and locked in at 5.75% two weeks ago. I do have reservations that the guy isn't going to notify us if it goes down.
