not trying to steal the tread, but I just got my preaproval over the phone yesterday from a LO, am I supposed to recieve a GFE at that time? also, when do i "shop around" for LOs?

801 Loan origination fee could go up to 1% (negotiable)

 

802-803 varies by lender. I've seen underwriting fee as much as $700

 

1101 negotiate with seller

 

1108 - 1300 legal fees

 

901 depend on time of closing

 

902 FHA loan has an upfront 1.5% charge by default it can be rolled into the loan
