Greentree Servicing 1099-C

I had a home go into foreclosure in 2013, and was sent a 1099C by Greentree Servicing. How should this tradeline now be reporting on my CR. They are showing a balance of  $95,000. And they are showing a last payment date of 4/24/2014.I thought that once they sent a 1099C and I had to include it as income on my taxes that the balance should now be 0. Can someone enlighten me on how this works?

Re: Greentree Servicing 1099-C

All mortgages that were foreclosed on that I've seen show a $0 balance.  Did they actually foreclose on the home and take the home back?  If so, then perhaps the only thing they could still do that I am aware of is to file a deficiency judgment.  Have you contacted them to find out why they are reporting that way?
