HELOC How much can i get?

Hey I bought my first property in october of last year. Purchase price was $465k. I currently owe 328k on it right now. I want to know around how much HELOC i can obtain right now. Last time i checked my credit score (3 months ago) it was around 750. If it matters, I have no other loans, and no outstanding balance on any of my credit cards. My highest limit card is an AMEX with $24,500(recently did a CLI from $18K) 

Any help/tips are appreciated.

I have seen some 90% deals out there, most are capped around 80%.  My guess is around 50K, but you will have to shop a little.
