HELOC after Ch7 discharge 4 years ago to the day

So my Ch7 was discharged 4 years ago this week. I am curious which lender would work with me to get a HELOC. Plenty of equity in home to be below the 80% LTV threshold.

I am just needing to find a company that isn't all caught up in the CH7.

If you are already a member at a local CU call and ask. I would avoid online lenders like Figure, etc. I got my Heloc about 1 year out of BK from a smaller local bank.

yeah CU I used was saying 4 years after discahrge, but I wanted to make sure I had a back up plan.

That is a good idea about a small local bank.
