I have a mortgage with PMI
Its with PNC bank
I have called several times over the past few years asking for PMI deletion.
They always say they will send some letter with details on the process,
That letter never comes.
I continue to pay PMI
I have no idea how to remove it.
My home has appreciated in value.
I feel like I am being scammed

Take a look at your original closing documents to determine if your loan is Fannie/Freddie or a portfolio loan.
Here is what Fannie Mae requires:
