I've done several on-line calculators and they give me different numbers. Gross 52k a year and total debt (small loan and car) paid out monthly is $514.
Credit scores.....equifax-701, experian-661 and transunion-665. Down payment of 6k. Realize I'll be looking at a FHA loan, but like I said getting different numbers on loan amounts. Do you think I could at least get a 130k or 135k loan? Taxes in our area about $3300k yearly and thinking insurance around $1200k yearly.
