Does anyone know if the intrest rates on FHA home loans will rise before Sept 1st, with all the debt celing stuff going on? Im planning to go for my pre-approval letter (with Bank of America) in September. Iam wondering if I will miss out on these good rates if I wait another few weeks. I have cleaned up my credit in the last 7 months. But I would like to go with a higher score to get a good intrest rate. Any insight???? Can you please PM if you know of a good site where I can look at the FHA instrest rates daily.
