Here's the situation...... DW has been on workmans comp for 2 years, payments have been $700/wk....just ended and she is working at same place and a second job making substantially more money. Does any of this qualify for income? Any easy way to get a mortgage? She can put down 10%. Credit scores in mid 700's. First time home buyer. Thanks!
The w comp income isn't going to be considered but the fact that she now works for that same company, her regular work pay can be used.
How long has she been working at her 2nd job? Has she worked 2 jobs before?
What is a DW? I see people say things like this when refering to maybe a husband or wife, but why not just say wife instead of DW? Im so confused...is this some kind of new way of saying spouse?

Dear Wife (I think), I just used

Yes, you can count the income from the job she went back to. The 2nd job is probably off the table because you typically have to show at least 12 months history of working 2 jobs.
