When applying for a home loan do they look at how many inquiries that you have had in the lasy 12 month? or the last 2 years?
They reviewed my inquiries over the last year but my guess is that each lender has a different review process.
They want to know what the credit inquiries were for in the last 12 months because they have the most impact on your credit I believe. After 12 months they weigh less.
But even if they do go back 2 years I would just ask them to give you what they found on the credit report and then explain it from there.
i was only asked for 120 days, they said its normally 60 but my processor does 120 just to be safe
Typically 120 days, but be prepared to explain anything on your credit report.
