what does your CC utilization look like? 1% reporting on only one card will optimize your score or 3 cards with less than a 10% balance. YMMV. I'm trying to get my mortgage scores up as well, so I'm going to try the 1% on one card first. Have you talked to a LO. They have tools to give you a pretty solid plan of what you need to increase your scores. What's holding your score down?
