This is my update for today after asking about closing still being on Friday and if there were any updates from USDA:

"I am trying for Thursday or Friday.  I did speak to them yesterday and we should have something back tomorrow or after based off their turn times.  So fingers crossed.  Just keep checking with me from here on out because it will be any day now, that you could close."

I guess we shall see. Doesn't seem very promising, but I have faith

Today's update....email from MB saying he spoke with attorney and they scheduled closing for 11 on Friday....but he still hasn't heard back from USDA

Oh I will definitely shoot you some positive vibes today as I EXPECT the same from you towards me AFTER you close tomorrow!!! or possibly Friday as I know alot of closings happen on Fridays for some reason. :-)

He is supposed to, this is the email I just got from my MB about 5 minutes ago.

"

Will Do!

The appraiser is suppose to send it to us today, I'll email you a copy when I get it"

If all goes well, the packet will be sent to USDA and then onto the enxt wait(which is supposed to be very short here.  He said he sent his last packet to the same office last Friday early afternoon and it came back approved Monday morning.  We shall see!

More bad news

Got an email from broker with an email from lender from where they asked for status update from USDA. They are currently working on files submitted 1 day before mine, so should get to mine in a day or two. But if they don't have it by tomorrow then there's no way I will close Friday.

MB said he is leaving the 11:00 timeslot open just in case, but it probably won't happen this week.

MB is going to try and get closing for today, but if not, tomorrow at 11!!
