NFCU 100% loan and remodeling

Hello all you NFCU members. I could just call navy but i figure i'll ask here because maybe some of you have done a remodel with them.

I am thinking of using their 100% finance mortgage and was wondering since its not a 203k loan, is there a way to purchase a home and for instance use 80k to remodel that homes kitchen/living room. Would i need a seperate loan for that?
