NVR Mortgage/Ryan Homes

Does NVR service their mortgages or sell them off? This question just popped into my head.

According to the Ryan Home FB page I'm part of, they are sold off.  Typically to PennyMac.

I closed with NVR in May 2020.  Before my first payment was due they sold the loan to Flagstar Bank.  From my understanding this is typical of NVR as they are a servicing company.  Hope that helps.

Also, there are a few FB grps I'm in as well.  Search "Ryan Homes" in FB and you'll see them all, if you haven't done so already.
