Need help finding a VA construction loan in FL

I need a VA lender that will do a one time close construction loan. I want to build a home with an airplane hangar attached but have been told by 2 lenders that they wont touch it. I own a lot on the runway at a residential airpark which does me no good if I cant build.

My down payment is the lot which I paid $100k for.

$630,000 build

$25,400/month W-2

Fico 8 800

Middle Mortgage 770

Backend 36% with $13,000 residual.

This should be a slam dunk VA deal but having a large garage is killing me. Anyone that can help?
