I was pre-approved for 405K mortgage- sales price 450K, so I put 10% down. 3.69 rate locked for 45 days which will expired at closing date, we are hoping to close a week before that if all goes well. Middle score was 494 EX, higher score 711TU, lowest 685 EQ. 36K in cc balance with 22% UTL. The company is Mortgage Services Inc. One thing I must disclose is that I am being relocated, so I get a lot prefer rates and closing costs are paid for. I hope this will incourage other to go apply with similar profile.. nothing bad on my files since 2013.. one paid Judgement that will come off in about 4 months.
