Prepaid interest at closing and mortgage payment due date

We are due to close June 28th. I just looked at our loan disclosure and it shows interest prepaid from 6/28/18 to 7/1/18 ). Does this mean we will have our first mortgage payment due July 1st?

August 1st, you skip a month so it's always smart to settle at the end of the month.

Yep, what pipeguy said. We close on the 28th too so I asked our loan officer the same question. Congrats!
