Oh, ok. 1st lender stated that the denial was recorded. I thought that denial was attached to the house. I thought that since ' getting a different house we'd get a different case number thus the new lender not seeing the denial. I am so confued. How would the lender know about the denial if we did not say anything? I honesty didn't even think about saying anything until today.
