In addition to my regular W-2 income, I've also worked as a substitute teacher for the last two years. It's not a set schedule so the number of days I work per month varies. Can this be used towards my overall income, or will it be excluded?
if it can be documented that you have done it for 2+ yrs..... we can use a 24 month average of that income and include it on your loan
