Title Company Wire Transfer and Chase Online Problem

Finally we got our loan commitment letter, they want us to wire the money to the title company before the closing. 

I work with Chase, I tried to schedule the wire transfer today.

I got this error:

We were unable to complete your request. You have exceeded the wire transaction limit. Please enter a smaller amount and try again. (code: 70016) 

What would be the problem? I thought I could transfer as much as my current balance, I guess not.

I will try the closest branch to wire the money.

As far as I know, many banks place limits on transactions made online. They are more than happy to honor your wishes in person, but online they may be afraid of user error or ID fraud....
