Typical Loan costs\GFE for $200K FHA??

Hello all.  I am lloking to buy soon in the Houston TX area.  Looking to get at a $200K purchase price. FHA loan with 3.5% down.  Can anyone tell me what the 800 block costs on a GFE should typically be?  Trying to figure out what the loan should cost so I can pick the right lender.  Thanks!

Has anyone taking a loan adjustment in conjunction with a HELOC to reduce mortgage payments.  If so, has this approached worked for anyone????

If' you're comparing lenders, one thing to check out is the discount fee and origination fee in comparison to the rate, to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.  If one lender gets you 5% with a discount point or origination fee and another gets you 5.25% with no points, it's hard to make a comparison.  For more on the other fees, Shane wrote up a really helpful post here.
