so we went into underwriting last Monday and on Friday night we were asked for an earnest money deposit statement and it's now showing this. Do we go back into underwriting and can expect more emails and documents needed?
Windows are delayed again and closing is supposed to be February if we can ever get windows in.
The UW will ask for certain amount of conditions, once you get them back to your processor they will submit to UW for review- once approved you will get the final approval (CTC).
