How did everything go with the underwriting? I have no clue if I am currently in underwriting, if they already underwrote my loan .. I feel so clueless. I received an email on the 19th saying "To expedite the loan process, we ask you to e-sign your secure loan disclosures online so that we can proceed immediately with the next step in processing your loan application." I did that, and now I am just patiently waiting to see what is next. I am schedueld to close on the 16th of September.

Closing got pushed back to Monday.  Still pending a clear to close. DHI has been a nightmare 🤦‍♀️

9/25 close date here as well. Waiting on Appraisal. Application says conditional Approval. Nervous/excited/don't know what's next. LOL

JUST GOT FINAL APPROVAL! I wired money to the Title company tonight,  and we should hopefully be closing at 11am on Monday.  Will update uou guys then 😁😁🙌🏼
