Omg! I can see how frustrating this is. We are also in UW with Wells Fargo here in Texas. So far it's only been a week. I'm hoping we should hear something soon.
Have they rescheduled your closing?

Nope. We're just hoping we hear back from them in a day or two. I have a 15 day extension after the original contract.

It's just soooooo frustrating to make it here for NOTHING you know? If they would have told me I wasn't qualified to begin with, DUH, I would have just stopped.

When are you supposed to close?

I hear you. I don't understand why it matters who is going to pay off your car- if it is going to lower you DTI it shouldn't matter. How frustrating. We don't have a close date yet. We just submitted all of our paperwork last week. Our file was submitted to UW in San Antonio.
