VA Lender with Low Interest Rates

Hi,

I am looking for a good VA lender with low interest rates. I am over 700 on all bureaus on all models. 200k gross annual income, DTI is about 15-18%. I am located in Texas. I am looking to move within the next 1-2 months. Anyone get a good rate recently? Thanks in advance!

They are one of the best out there for VA Loans. You don't even have to set foot in a branch. We did our "Military Choice" loan for our lake house (already used the VA Loan on our primary residence) and I was very happy with the terms. They were bogged down and sometimes slow to respond, but at the end of the day we made it to closing. This was during the housing craze of 2021, so I'm sure things have slowed down for them now, and they'll be more responsive.
