VA Loan and Spouse income during PCS transfer

Are there lenders that will still consider spouse income for a VA mortgage during PCS transfer? USAA told me they will only consider spouse income if spouse already has a job in the same industry secured at the next location.My income alone cannot get qualified due to high dti. Any advice or experience wll be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Nathan,

Does your wife have a job offer in your new state?

Does your wife have any individual debt that's just in her name?

How high is your DTI? I've been able to get Veterans approved with DTI as high as 74% but that's not recommended.
