Okay -- how the hell did that happen?  LOL

I posted before about what frustrating process this was but I got confirmation that the loan funded this morning, a special runner was sent to record the docs, once he calls back with the recording number we get to close and get our keys!!!

Seriously?  I NEVER thought we would be here!  I have a 120 late on my credit from last year (a card I forgot about) and a 30 day late from July.  We earn 120k between the two of us, no debt beyond about 1740 in student loans. 

Our house was 165k-- my dad gave us 150 k and we had 50k more down so our loan is 460k. 

This took 60 days BUT THE HOUSE IS NOW OURS!!!!
