What kind of rates are common for a 640 score?

Just wondering if anyone knows of what kind of intereste rates we can expect for a VA loan with a 640 score?

Just got pre-approved for an FHA loan at 3.75 with our middle scores being 647 & 660, and I think FHA and VA are going to be similar. I know 640 was the magic number we had to be over so if your middle score is higher than that you should be good. Have you had a bank pull your FICO scores recently? What are they?

USDA Guaranteed 643 middle, and 3.75%

2/24 (Lender Pull) EQ 613, TU 553, EX 589
April EQ 633, My Fico TU 638, EX ??
Current EQ 643, TU 652, EX 633 (lender pull 5/11)
Goal (we made it!!)- Over 640 middle by 5/15

If you go Conventional, your probably be around 4.6.

I locked in at 3.75 with a mid 631. It makes me wonder what would have happened if the lender would have just waited two more days for a charge off to update. My score litererally went up 30 points two days later.
