No problem, but I'm getting some good advice here. I am going to send out a settlement offer for 50% to Midland and hope that they will accept it.

I'm feeling like I should now post back in the rebuilding blog , but in any effect, I got a nice 24pt boost today from Score Watch Alert and my EQ is now sitting at 668 and hopefully when the 2 collections are paid and post on my CR, I will be able to withstand a loss in points. Hopefully not too much. I will contact the LO at that point.
