our offer was accepted. we have mid score of 640. we got the loan commitment letter today locked in at 5.75 interest. its not in UW hands, im so nervous.. any advice? closing date nov 2, but they said they may need to extend one week
How long before you put your offer in did you get an approval? Just curious! I put an offer in late Saturday afternoon, and I still have not heard back yet from realtor, I am just getting nervous.
