I could use some guidance from any LOs that can help me find a construction loan. Im having an issue because I need 2 years of good tax returns with the LO I'm working with. In 2018, Ive written off a lot and it doesnt show much income. I made substanially more in 2019 and didnt write off as much as I could have. Unfortunately, the LO I'm working with needs 2 years. Im self-employed, obviously. My Fico 2 Exp -734 Equifax - 736 Transunion - 695. Your insight on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.
