My score is 585, I make 36000 a year base but made 41000 last year with overtime I have one collection from 2007 I can pay off and 3 judgments 1 from 2006 and 2 from 2009. The only other thing on my report is a auto loan for $5500 that I have been paying on for 8 months always on time. I have no credit cards or any other accounts. I was looking into either a USDA of FHA loan and I am a first time buyer. What would I need to do to get approved?
Most likely you would have to increase your scores.
Judgments may also have to be paid, and if you pay them try and get them vacated. Having the judgements paid and vacated would most likely give you a very big improvement in your scores.
