0% bal transfer from LOC to CC possible?

Is it possible to transfer a balance from a LOC to a CC using a balance transfer offer? Just curious for future reference. I have a PenFed PLOC and a LOC from my employer with a 9% interest rate.

Yes most banks and credit unions let you transfer a balance to their credit card not only from other credit card accounts, but also from other loan accounts, including lines of credit.
