Atlantic Union Bank 200 welcome bonus

So I got a couple of mailers from Atlantic Union Bank. Apparently they are having an opening near me and doing a BBQ (free food!) this weekend. Also offer for 200 if 1k DD in new checking within 90 days. However, I did a bit of searching and the reviews I found were quite...underwhelming and apparently had past lawsuits for illegal behavior.

Wondering if taking up the offer for free 200 is worth it if I close shortly after?

Ouch! I was trying to read the fine print on the mailer and the only thing I could find was that the account must be open when the SUB deposit occurs and the offer is limited to one bonus per new customer and account. Do you have a link for that restriction?
