BECU Personal Loan Approval Odds

So BECU only pulls TU (They've made that publicly know) and I'm currently sitting  at a FICO 8 725 TU. I'm looking to borrow $7K in personal loans for flight school. I recently had opened up another personal loan with BECU for 4K in July. I'm 1/6 and 2/12 on new credit cards. Credit usage of 10% and a credit history of 1 year 8 months. Never missed a payment. What do you think the odds are of me being approved for an addition $7K? BECU did approve me for the $4K when my score was only at 666 and its gone up to 725 since then. As for the credit card side, BECU denied me for a credit limit increase with a 706 just to put that out there.

They already denied a request fairly recently for additional unsecured credit (CC CLI) so I wouldn't hold out hope for likely approval for additional credit tied to an unsecured personal loan.
