I'm looking to add a mix account of loan to my credit file since i have very thin file after get out of BK 7 2 years ago.
Right now I have :
Capital 1 : 6k limit low balance (18 months)
Wells Fargo :10k limit no balance 9 (2 months)
Target ( Au User ) :11k limiteveryone.( 6 years)
Would anyone trim in any good ideas for my credit file.
Looking to buy a house in 2 or 3 years from now.

Do you have any type of installment loans? If not. If you can get into NFCU or PENFED for a SSL loan that will help. Threads all over here on how to do so. Welcome.

Great advice SSL is great method to add to mix......
I just started a SPL (SSL) loan at NavyFCU. It's very simple to get approved and best of all there is absolutely no credit inquiry soft or hard. I did a 3k loan at 36 months. $86/month
I screw up PenFed, discover, Amex, Barclays, BOA, in the past so I can't get back with them.
Penfed and NavyFCU are two different banks
