I know they aren't credit cards but I was curious about of you have to use them once in awhile to keep them active, or does having with your checking keep it active?
Don't have to us for them to remain open. Had mine for over a year + and fine as many others have had for many years and never used and just continues to report 0 out of whatever limit

Some won't update on reports unless you use them. I had a PLOC with Penfed that stopped updating after 5 months of no use. They didn't update until I used it.
