I had some questions about the Greenlight card. I would like to use it as a single adult but I'm not sure whether that's possible.
I could just ask Greenlight; I might do that since this is a low-priority card for me to get. But I feel like they would look at me real funny.
Greenlight is a fintech. Avoid banking with fintechs. If you doubt that advice, google "yotta lawsuit"

- Are the current terms out there without going through the signup process? Maybe it's this?
- When setting up, you designate an adult and you can designate children. Do you have to designate at least one child?
Yes
- Do the children on your account have to be your legal children? Do they have to be below a certain age?
There is a min age like 14? but the age or relationship status is not verified by them.....
- Can you be a "child" on your own account?
I dont have my kids use the app - just the card.
I fund the cards via the app which is Not intuitive.
- Does the adult also get their own card as part of the agreement? Does it work like the kid cards?
No the adult doesnt get one.

So the age is 13.
What is special about the Greenlight debit card? Even if you can get it without a kid, I think you need to subscribe to Greenlight, so there will be an AF. Ty, do you have nephews/nieces?
Ooh my Bad the ask was for Greenlight
I replied with Venmo!
I'm with @ptatohed ,
What's the point? Looks like you pay $5.99/month to put yourself on an allowance?
