Cash Back Checking Account?

Hi all, thank you in advance for any guidance you're able to provide. 

I'm looking for checking accounts that reward you for having automatic bill pay set up, with cash back or anything else valuable. I don't mean debit transactions, I mean account number and routing number based transactions. 

The only example I can think of is Citibank, who give you TY points for having automatic bill pay set up.

Enterprise bank rewards for bill payment but only open to New Englad residents

Check kasasa rewards checking. many CU's offer it, but it aso needs 5-100 debit card transactions/month and direct debit besides bill pay to earn rewards
