You have to have some tie to Arizona, including living, working, going to school or worshiping there, or be under contract to buy real estate, or a majority owner of an Arizona business, or referred by an existing member, or have an immediate family member who is a member.
$350 welcome bonus. No Direct Deposit required.
Just open the share savings account and checking account, fund the checking account with some money, make 25 purchases of any amount with the debit card within 60 days. Bonus paid within 15 days of making the 25th purchase.
I really want to do this one. I love the no DD ones. 25 purchases seems excessive but oh well, it's doabe.
But..... I live in CA. ![]()

Yep.
I'd be really interested in the no DD ones. So far I've been telling all my friends about Capital One's debit250.
Maybe we should have a special thread for no DD. If there's enough of them to justify that.
I think DoC breaks out (or at least IDs) the no DD ones.
LOL, I just reupped with OneAZ credit union. There is a $75 referral in addition to the $350. You can fund your checking and membership savings accounts up to $2500 with a credit card. Better you can split that CC funding by phone with a rep.
Just finished my 25 debit card transactions. 25 individual bananas at Walmart, 2 separate occasions. Waiting to get paid. You need to keep the account open for 6 months. It's the free checking account so no monthly fees.

(Aug of 26) Scorecard: Clean, Thick, Mature (Always PIF)
HP's: EQ 1/6, 1/12, 7/24 | TU 1/6, 4/12, 7/24 | EX 0/6, 2/12, 9/24

Here's an easy one.
Illinois and Missouri only.
Open a vantage checking account (no fees with e-statements, so sign up for e-statements....no minimum balance), use the code LOU132, and that's it. You will get $250 within 180 days.
It says bonus will be paid as long as the account is open, even with a $0 balance, but just to be safe you might want to put a dollar in the account so it stays open. Lots of banks/credit unions close empty accounts or ones that are not funded within 90 days.
$300 or $500
Illinois Only
Open the account, I recommend Total Access Checking that has a minimum $100 opening deposit and no minimum balance or maintainence fee from the link on the page.
For $300, have direct deposits totaling $500 each in each of the two calendar months following the calendar month the account is open.
For $500, have direct deposits totaling $2,000 in each of the two calendar months following the calendar month the account is open.
Drawback: This one would be very hard to hit with Social Security checks as by the time you're in the current calendar month, it's too late to hit the next calendar month with a Social Security direct deposit, but easier for people still working to do.
Even making the Illinois minimum wage of $15 an hour, you could hit the $500 version if you time it correctly.

I've been using schwab as my hub. Not too familiar with the fido cma & it's associated tools like billpay etc. I really should look closer at the fido cma since it's certainly got some fundamental advantages over schwab.
IIRC schwab allows high qty of ACH hookups in comparison to many alternatives... additionally, inbound and outbound ACH linkage are separate, which can be useful.
Does there happen to be anything specific you're aware of w/the fido cma Vs pushing from sweep or checking at schwab?
I've been using the fidelity CMA for about a year and a half now strictly for triggering bonuses
it's worked great for me
it's no fees no minimums
so I only keep about $100 in there
when I need a "DD" I push the money in from WF (takes about 2days )
and immediately push it out to where it needs to go
ach pushes usually takes less than 24 hours

should net at least $370 before tax
$400 bonus for the Huntington perks checking account for a $500 DD and keeping account open for 90 days
there is a $600 bonus but it requires tying up 25k
$10/month fee waived with 1k in DD/month
so figure a 1k dd in month one to trigger the bonus (waiving month one's fee)
then atm withdrawal at all point fee free atm
leaving ~$100
Then two possibly three months of the fee waiting on the payout
here's the link 🔗

Does Huntington Pull Chex? Will they accept ACH push as a DD?
DofC says they don't pull Chex
and if they do they aren't sensitive (I've opened 16 checking accounts this year)
as for fake DDs I don't have an answer
I'll be using a real one
Thanks for the great info about Huntington. Fifth-Third doesn't charge any fees or nonsense so I'm going to put a Social Security check over there, then pivot to Huntington perhaps. That turns $350 into $750 between the two.
It's back, big is back.
The Capital One 360 bonus for two direct deposits of $500 or more within 75 days is currently $400 again for a limited time.
